KERNAVAL INDUSTRIES Phase 1 R&D to Proof of Concept (POC) is to produce within a 2 years schedule the prototype of the first EmDrive UMV (Umanned Marine Vessel) named "LUCINA". This manufacturing will set the base for the 5 years schedule Phase 2 program: the LNG cargo vessel with its zero fuel consumption/pollution performance.
